Manoj brings over two decades of experience in operations, facilities management, and workforce accommodation to his role as Founder & Director of Athithi World Hospitality Pvt Ltd. His background includes leadership positions at Tikaana Coliving, Aditya Birla Group, and Squad India, giving him a strong grounding in large scale operations and accommodation management that now shapes Athithi's commitment to reliable, well run hospitality solutions for corporate and industrial clients.
Rajesh Shetye
Business Partner, Athithi World Hospitality Private Limited
Rajesh brings over two decades of sales and business development experience across hospitality, fintech, and consumer sectors to his role as Business Partner at Athithi World Hospitality Private Limited. He previously served as Vice President Regional Head - South at Tikaana Living, managing over 2,500 beds and full P&L across Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, and has held senior sales and business development roles at CRISIL, MonkSpaces.Ai, and HummingBird Digital.
